The concept of Artisan started as a childhood dream for my brother and me. Throughout our teen years, we would hang out in the kitchen discussing exactly how we wanted our first restaurant to look, feel and taste. Artisan is now the true embodiment of these discussions, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share our dream with you.

Artisan is located in the central coast wine region of Paso Robles, California. We proudly support this community whole heartedly in our wine list, as well as offering a wide range of ales, porters and stouts from around the world. Above all, our seasonal menu combines the very best of the superb local fare by way of time honored techniques to bring you a particularly American Bistro experience.
