Shandi has immersed herself in the wine industry and has worked in both the Napa Valley and Central Coast Wine Regions. From V. Sattui Winery in St. Helena to JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery in Paso Robles, Shandi has managed private tasting rooms and developed wine education and tour programs. As Artisan's Wine Director Shandi develops wine pairings to complement the cuisine as part of the daily menu as well as for winemaker's dinners and special events.
